Areas of Focus
Clinical Expertise
Dr. Heriba has practiced family medicine in Central Florida for more than 35 years, caring for patients at every stage of life. Families often see her across generations, which is part of what makes family medicine work — she knows the history because she was there for it.
Her clinical focus is the long-term conditions that shape daily life: hypertension, diabetes, asthma, thyroid and cholesterol management, and the preventive screenings that catch problems while they're still small. She also provides women's and men's health services, mental health screening, immunizations, and minor in-office procedures, so patients can handle more in one visit instead of being sent elsewhere.
Beyond her practice, she has served on the Immunization Collaboration Committee and the National Clinical Research Network of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and on the Pharmacy and IT Committee at AdventHealth.
As Medical Director, Dr. Heriba leads the clinical team at Our Family Health, setting standards for quality and patient safety, developing care protocols, and coordinating with specialty and hospital partners so patients don't fall through the gaps between providers.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys swimming, gardening, decorating, and traveling.
